If for you are not satisfied with your BRACKS lace lock, please contact us and give us an opportunity to address your concerns. We also encourage you to watch our videos for applying the BRACKS in a proper way in prior to applying to ensure you apply your BRACKS lace locks correctly. If you are still not satisfied, we have a 30 day return policy to receive a full refund. Unfortunately we do not refund the shipping costs.
I purchased BRACKS lace locks from other webshop or a retailer, and I am missing a piece or received a defective component. What should I do?

I lost one of the pieces from my package. Do you sell any of the components separately?
No, we don’t sell the BRACKS parts separately. However, we do understand that the possibility of losing a piece from your packaging, just contact us, and we’ll be happy to find a solutions for you.
Do you provide replacements for defective products/missing pieces/exchanges?
Yes. We work hard to ensure that every customer receives every order exactly as they ordered it, but mistakes do happen from time to time. If your order was missing a piece, came with a defective piece, or otherwise fell short of your expectations, just contact us, and we’ll do everything we can to make it right!
Can I exchange my BRACKS lace locks for another color?
When you have ordered your BRACKS lace locks at our webshop you can exchange the color when te BRACKS are unused and still in the original packaging. For this you have to send your received BRACKS lace locks to: BRACKS Intelligent Solutions B.V. P.O. Box 790 1440 AT Purmerend The Netherlands Please mention in your letter what color you prefer instead and to what address we have to send the new pair of BRACKS.
